It is recommended to wear a hygienic mask if: you want to touch your face less with your hands you have signs of respiratory infection you are in contact or have recently been in contact with a person with signs of respiratory infection you are in a crowded and poorly ventilated place. Flatten the mask on your face so that it covers your nose and mouth tightly. Wash the mask after each use at a temperature of up to 40 and iron with steam. Do not wear the mask for more than 2 hours in a row. If the mask becomes wet, replace it. Remove and put on the mask holding the elastics. Wash your hands before putting on and after removing the mask from your face. The mask is packed in an individual package with a sticky edge.
