A five-panel baseball cap made of recycled polyester with UV protection and water-repellent treatment. The distinctive features of the cap include a semi-curved visor, a forehead band made using dry-tech principles (without the use of liquid reagents), a rubber hook and loop fastener, and a tear-off label. Ray-S is suitable for wearing in both sunny and rainy weather. Recycled polyester (rPET) is a material obtained by converting used plastic bottles into polymers that form textile fibers suitable for recycling. For example, 4.5 plastic bottles were recycled to produce the Ray-S baseball cap. The use of rPET helps reduce the textile industry's dependence on fossil fuels. By choosing recycled polyester, you contribute to a 62% reduction in energy and water consumption, as well as a 99% reduction in CO2 emissions and a 16% reduction in chemical use. The fabric of the baseball cap is ideal for logo printing. The color is close to Pantone Black 6 C. The minimum size is 58 cm, which can be adjusted to fit using the fastener.
