L-Flex Nylon is a thermally transferable polyurethane film with a special hot melt adhesive for labelling hydrophobic, water-repellent nylon fabrics. By laminating a transparent, self-adhesive PET film L-Flex Nylon guarantees excellent cutting and weeding properties. The ecologically harmless polyurethane film has excellent resistance to washing and cleaning properties and is pleasant to the touch | Technical data: | Transfer film: polyurethane, cast | Adhesive: polyurethane hot melt adhesive | Thickness in mm: 0.10 +/- 5% | Liner: PET film, self-adhesive | Transfer conditions: | Temperature: 145–150°C | Pressure: 2–2.5 bar | Time of pre-pressing: 3–4 sec. | Remove polyester liner when lukewarm Repressing: 10–15 sec. | Washable at 30°C | Oeko-Tex Standard 100 | The polyester liner should be removed when warm
