The name of the German liqueur became generic: in the slang of European students, the word "krambambuli" denoted various strong alcoholic drinks. To a large extent, the popularity of this word was associated with the eponymous student song, the original version of which was created in 1745. A drink with such a cheerful history has a slightly spicy sweet taste. Krambambuli is easy to drink and warms well in cold weather.
