Sabrage is an unusual and highly spectacular way of opening champagne, in which the neck of the bottle is not uncorked, but knocked off together with the cork. The sabre for sabrage from Pulltex, a Spanish manufacturer of wine accessories, is specially designed for this purpose, taking into account all the peculiarities of the process: a comfortable handle, a flat blade, specially curved for the neck. The handle is made of wood, which ensures a comfortable grip, and the burgundy-colored brush and elegant wooden case complement the sabre, giving it a festive look.
