HIPER MEDIA TV i5 is a compact media player for online viewing of movies and TV series, as well as TV programs in 4K resolution. Simply connect it to a projector, monitor or TV with an HDMI connector to turn your home TV into a Smart TV. All that remains is to connect it to a Wi-Fi network to start enjoying content in 4K. MEDIA TV i5 supports the function of wireless transmission of images and sound from a smartphone or tablet to a large screen, thanks to AirPlay and Miracast technologies. The compact device runs Android TV UI (based on Android 10 AOSP). The software shell is optimized, and 1 GB of internal RAM is enough for smooth operation of the interface. A bundle of a powerful 4-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor and an ARM Mali-G31 GPU with support for OpenGL ES 3.2 and Vulkan 1.1 is responsible for processing the video stream in 4k resolution. Audio and video content is stored on an 8 GB built-in storage (eMMC), and if necessary, the memory can be expanded by microSDHC memory cards. The device is equipped with HDMI 2.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, a power connector, a 100 Mbit/s LAN, an optical SPDIF and a microSDHC card reader. The control is carried out using a virtual remote control on the smartphone screen or an infrared remote control included in the kit.
